How It Works:

• Step 1: Complimentary Consultation
  • A 15-minute phone call to assess your needs and eligibility for the program.
• Step 2: Comprehensive Health Screening
  • This is a yearly fee for new and current members of our program that includes your Annual Comprehensive Health Screening, consultation, and one month membership fee.  This fee does not include the cost of labs or medication.  An estimate of your lab costs can be provided during the consultation as well as possible prescription costs.
  • Includes an in-depth evaluation, annual diagnostic screening, consultation, and first-month membership fee.
  • Lab and medication costs are separate, with estimates provided during your visit.
• Step 3: Personalized Care Plan
  • After reviewing your lab results, you'll meet your provider for a detailed 1-hour consultation to discuss results and your customized care plan.
