How It Works:

• Step 1: Start with Your Initial Evaluation
  • For new patients: $350 plus the cost of a comprehensive blood panel.
    Your evaluation includes a focused physical exam, a full review of your medical history, and a consultation with Dr. Allen or Jennifer Fowler NP. After your labs are complete, you will meet again to discuss your results and create a customized care plan.
• Step 2: Join the Monthly Membership
  • $175 per month plus the cost of medications and labs.This monthly plan keeps you connected to your provider, supports your health goals, and gives you access to member-only benefits.
• Step 3: Get Personalized Care
  • Once your plan is in place, your provider will guide you through treatment, follow-up visits, and adjustments as needed. You will have ongoing access to support, monitoring, and services that keep you on track toward your goals.

DOSHA Direct Gives You:

• One urgent care call each month for unexpected illness at home or while traveling
• Hormone replacement therapy and weight management support with regular monitoring
• Access to your provider between scheduled appointments for questions or guidance
• Ten percent off IVs and vitamin injections
• Ten percent off recommended Thorne and Pure vitamins
• Ten percent off aesthetic injectables and device services

Urgent Care Virtual Consultations

Urgent care visits are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contact us by phone, text, or email at info@doshabalanced.com. You will receive treatment from a board-certified provider through video or phone for non-emergency conditions such as cold, flu, sinus infections, or strep throat.

Symptom assessment

Your provider will evaluate symptoms such as nasal congestion, sore throat, fever, or facial pressure through a detailed history and virtual examination to determine if the illness is viral or bacterial.

Prescription services

When medically appropriate, medications such as antibiotics for bacterial infections (including strep throat or sinusitis) will be prescribed and sent to the pharmacy of your choice, even if you are traveling.

Treatment recommendations

Guidance on over-the-counter remedies such as decongestants, saline rinses, and pain relievers, along with home care strategies like hydration, rest, and humidifiers.

Referral coordination

If your symptoms suggest the need for specialist care, such as chronic sinusitis or more severe conditions, your provider will coordinate a referral to an ENT specialist or other appropriate care, even for patients who are away from home.
